The first step is simply getting in touch. You can call us directly or leave a message through our contact form, and we will respond promptly to arrange the next stage.
During our initial conversation, you can share your ideas, inspirations and any specific details you already have in mind. This may include preferred stone shapes, ring styles, metal choices or examples of designs you’ve seen. Bringing reference images to your consultation is extremely helpful and allows us to understand your taste more clearly.
We will then arrange a consultation at a time that suits you — daytime, evenings or weekends. Flexibility is important, and we aim to make the process as convenient as possible.
Your consultation can take place in our studio or, by prior arrangement, in the comfort of your own home. Here we will explore your ideas in detail, look at sample rings, discuss design options and allow you to view or hand‑pick stones. This personal interaction helps shape the final design and ensures your piece reflects your style perfectly.
We will also discuss your budget, the work involved and the design direction. Because all pieces are handmade in‑house, we can work within a wide range of budgets while still achieving exceptional results. At this stage we take finger sizes and begin sketching or planning your design.
Once everything is agreed and all your questions are answered, we take a 50% non‑refundable deposit to cover materials and initial processes such as hallmarking. The crafting of your piece then begins, and you are welcome to request updates at any stage throughout the process.
